No damage yet. It stays in a locked garage at home and a secured lot at work. As a rule, I don't take it to the mall, or movie theaters, places where idiots hang out. No problems yet.

Same here, but I know its just a matter of time before some idiot parks beside me (probably on the back row in a half empty lot) and dings my door...

Locked garage, no trips to Wal-mart, park in a location where you can see it from a window, don't let anyone else drive it, tell the wife it needs the oil changed before she can drive it, wax/polish it and leave it on a little longer to "cure", let some air out of one of the tires so the TPM will glow on the dash, clean all the crap out of the garage & install black/white checkered tile floor (which I need to do), buy a beater to drive to Wal-mart, buy a set of orange traffic cones & yellow caution tape & set up at every "park"...I'm sure I've missed a bunch...

The only way to truly protect it is to keep it in your garage 24/7/365. It's a high-visibility car and "haters" are an unfortunate part of owning a nice new car.

On the very rare instances I have to park it somewhere, I keep it a mile away from all other cars (in one parking spot) and try to be in and out of where ever as quickly as possible. If I can't park away from other cars then I won't park it at all. I've never had a problem.

Home theater prevents me from having to ever go to the movies for any reason.

When I go to the mall/Wal-Mart/Best Buy, etc, I make sure to go when there is a low volume of shoppers, and still park as distant from other cars as possible. If I can't, I won't park it. True story, I don't mind inconveniencing myself for the sake of the car.

I don't have a garage, but I have a covered carport that pretty much hides the car from view unless you are right behind it.

I am still a graduate student, but on campus, I park on the highest floor of any parking garage, where no one else parks, or even drives up to.

Two weeks so far, no damage. But we'll see - my woman isn't in town yet, and she'll be wanting to go out when she gets here - during heavy-volume hours...

I too park as far away from places I go to ensure nothing happens to it. I don't mind the walk to go to the store from the back of a parking lot. I watch over all the time at work and at home. I've even thought about forming a neighborhood watch group especially designed for watching my car when I'm asleep.

No damage yet. I live in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end so no kids really have a reason to come here. It stays parked in the driveway, but will be in a garage in the winter.

I don't park it in downtown locations where I know kids will be, and if I take it to a store I try to park some ways away usually with a barrier on one side (median or rail) so that I know atleast 1 side should be fine. And I try to only leave it for about 10 minutes.

You usually know where the safe spots are to park your car and where they are not.
