Cam, LT's and Tune results

Customer brought us there new SS, custom comp cam and long tubes not to long ago. He was looking to make some decent power and this is what he left with.

Cam was a Comp 232/236 on a 113+3. with Patriot Gold Valve springs and Chromoly push rods. Car was also fitted with a set of ARH 1 7/8 headers with cats though stock mufflers. After a little work on the dyno and the street the car came away with 447 WHP and 412.3 WTQ. This combinaton is very streetable and yeilded good gains.

yeah i was skeptical of the cam at first because the customer provided it... but the cam ended up being a performer.... next time i would like to run a tad more exhaust duration, and mill the heads .030" for a nice bump in compression.... with those two changes i am confident it would make power in the 460ish range
