Very nice.
I grew up riding sleds in the 70's but I haven't been on one in quite a few years now.
They sure have advanced a lot in 30 years.

I had an 09 Doo and had to sell it couldn't get it to turn! More of a point and shoot type sled. So then I bought a 08 Dragon. Now this beast. Should be fun. The mountains are being hammered with snow right as we speak. I went out Nov 7th last year and rode till the end of May. Last ride was in Alaska mind you. 76000kms on the truck in one year. That kinda hurt.

The last sled I owned was one of these.

An early 70's, forget the exact year now, Ski Doo 640 TNT.

It was pretty hot shit back in those days.

Be careful out there GTR. Just have heard to many sad stories on sleds lately. Last year a friends cousin was killed and another was paralyzed, not doing anything stupid either. Have fun and take care.

Most fun sport i ever got involved with. I love it but i had to give it up. I was almost killed 7 years ago and with 3 kids that was a wake up call. Have fun with your new toy op.

We never have cell coverage so we carry the spot. Assume little device and it covers you when you need a helicopter to get out. Not the sled just you. Pretty cheap insurance. I will post a link later tonight for it. It's good for people with planes and who drive in remote locations.
