Apparently, they bought this car right off the lot. The dealership probably added the stripes and GFX to the car. But yeah, there aren't too many people who would pop for the GFX instead of RS considering the cost of both.

Having said that, this combo would be rare.

I'll be there Thursday night. To all the others who chimed in about whether to cross in Buffalo or at the Thousand Island Bridge, thanks. I'll play it by ear and make a decision as the time comes closer based on road construction, my mood, etc.

Off-Topic: Got my exhaust installed today, and it sounds nice. Since I may be moving to California in 2011, I got the GMPP one instead of one of the aftermarket ones to ensure I keep it CARB legal.

****Convoy Info From The West****

I will be crossing through the Port Huron/Sarnia border. Anybody coming from the west that wants to meet up with me, please let me know!

I have been told that it is much less time consuming to go this way than to go through Windsor.

Please email me at anna@spartachevy.com or PM me. I will be figuring out two places to meet up with people, one just before Port Huron in Michigan and one once we are into Canada, maybe where the 402 meets the 401.

My caravan is heading out of the Sparta/West Michigan area some time between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. This should put us at the Sarnia crossing AROUND 3:45 to 4:45 pm. We will stop to the Blue Water Bridge Duty Free Shop (http://www.bluewaterbridgedutyfree.com/) on the way through and I am thinking we should be at the 401/402 an hour and 45 minutes later (allowing a half hour to shop) around 5:30 or 6:15 pm. This should put us arriving in Oshawa around 8:15 pm to 9:00 pm.

These are all estimates. If anybody looks at this and says 'She's Crazy!', please let me know. I am relying on Mapquest for my time estimates! lol

So, let's get this party started!

I've just had them add a few more rooms for Thursday night. They had only held 13 for us for Thursday (which were all booked) so now we have another 7 available.
