I just want to make sure before i take the plunge....pics of that particular install would be real helpful.
The Color Shift halos cannot work off of a switch (they have to run off of a remote). The OEM halos will not dim the halos at all; it will act as a difuser and make it look like like you have stock colored halos. I am attaching a video of a Camaro with Color Shift halos mounted behind the stock halos for you to check out.

Take the plunge! You will not be disappointed!

Well im done and just got back..good news bad news...

Bad news once i got there and talked to the installer he or the owner wanted nothing to do with attempting to install Halo's!!!! They were like not really up for the job and pretty much didnt want the liablity of something going wrong. So Johnathan u may want to remove them from your recommended indstallers list (Ultimate Sound and Security Rt 35 Keyport,nj)

Good news i got my new P13w fogs installed and Drl harness as well as footwell lightning(pods) all went well..they are good guys just couldnt install my halos so my install is incomplete kinda disappointed as i had to take time off from work and dont have 100% complete...now what??

do these go behind the stock halos, so you can retain your white halos or does the colorshift halos include a white color to it?

You have the option of installing our halos behind the stock halos or removing the stock halo and installing just our ring in the headlight. It is up to you how you want to install the halos. I will try to post some pictures on Monday of both setups.

So if i replace the OEM with these, what happens when my DRL's are on with my halos, what color shows? and what color shows at night when the HID's come one? do I have to pick a color every time or can white be the factory setting until I change it with the remote?

Nothing Changes with the DRL, if you want to control the DRL I would run it to a separate switch (such as this http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...ingSwitch.aspx) to control the on/off functionality.

The controller has memory, that means if you set it on white it will be on white (regardless if you turn it on and off or off and on) until you change the color via the remote.

Hope that helps, any other questions just let us know!

Is there a preference or and advantage/disadvantage of either installing these behind the stock or not? and are the fog halos wired to headlights? Does that mean when the headlight halo's are on the fogs are on or is there a on/off switch for that too?

When installed behind the stock diffuser it smooths out the light, its a personal preference.

The Headlight and Fog Light Halos are wired to the ColorSHIFT controller, this box controls the colors and functions.

Ok, so I'm planning to buy the Synergy Special Edition Camaro, and I want to know if the ColorSHIFT lights will work in this package.

Yes they will! When you place your order you need to make sure you specify that you have the non RS package so we send out the correct rings for you. This will be the first Synergy that I know of with colorSHIFT halos!

if it is installed behind the OEM, will it be pretty much manual control? if i'm driving around and I forget to hit the off button they stay on after the car is off?

Which color if any is legal to drive around with?

Looks great Andrew!

Our processing dept sent you an email about the UPS claim last week and have yet to receive a response from you. They are re-sending the massage to you now, please respond so we can close out this claim with UPS
