Best Mode

What's the best mode to have your MARO in for a little drag strip action?

Most of the guys at the C5F said to turn off traction and stability control. I made 9 passes at the fest and seemed to run the same time regardless of the setting. I finally gave up and kept trying to improve my times with everything off.

Yeah that sounds right. I was just kind of polling just to see. What was your # at C5F I think I might have raced you in the rental. I was # 61

Get trailing Arms. Sphon or BMR Fabrications. $139.99 and easy to install. Reduced 60foot by .2 in an M6 with Nitto 555's and A6 with stock tires by .2. This translates to .3 to .4 reduction in ET in 1/4.
Lots of racing tips in this thread http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62548

I turn off traction and leave stabilitrak on. It's smarter than I am if I start going sideways.
