HP loss on a L99 with gears and converter???

345rwhp/452rwtq with the below mods... Was very happy with the TQ numbers but shouldn't the HP be closer to 385 with these bolt-ons or am I loosing some with the taller 3.45 final gear and the triple disk stall? The baseline run was CAI and muffler/resonator delete only and no tune... Either the tune or drive train mods have me missing at least the 40HP from bolting on the headers and the new tune parameters. She runs great, but hate to leave power on the table.

RotoFab CAI
VMax ported Throttle Body
2"-TSP Long Tube Headers
Cat/Muffler/Resonator deletes
Cat back 2.5" straight pipes w/xover and 12" cherry bombs
MSD Plug Wires
FTI-3200 Triple disk torque converter
ADM Performance trans cooler
160* Thermostat
DSS 1-piece aluminum drive shaft
GM 3.45 final gear
Strong MAF upgrade
ZL1 Fuel pump upgrade
Dyno Tuned

should be around 380/395. Its not making 452 tq, that was a dyno error.
