Well, tried the super heating thing. Just couldn't get it to work. I think I'll give up. I need to have a shop do it. IF they can,

Bummer about the plug threads. How something so simple can cause such a major amount of work (and associated headache - ouch)


If all else fails, put some LS3 heads on your Jeep...

So what kind of shop do I go to to remove the plug threads?

They can't bore the hole because it's already only about 3/32 away from the exhaust valve seal.

A quality machine shop can get those out.... Maybe.

Yeah, might loose a(nother) finger or poke his eye out. And then the chain would become inexplicable, permanently, stuck, out of round. But ymmv.
