2010 and 3/4 year Camaro? :)

Hi guys, I am a newby to this forum. Y? cause i pick up my 2010 Camaro SS RS (IBM) this Saturday I have been a chevy fan forever and was mainly a truck only fan, well that changed when this freak of a car (called the camaro) came out. You can check out my truck at www.jcchevy.com.

Regarding 2011's/2010's
I see 2011's are getting ordered now and ready for production. The build date on my car is 3/8/2010 so its actually "almost" a year newer then the 1st 2010 cars ever built so I can say its a 2010 pre-2011 don't ya think?

one thing I found interesting is that it does not have the small square GM symbol right behind the front wheel like other 2010's have. I heard they are not putting those on the 2011's so the hard core camaro folks can tell the difference.

What do you guys think? BTW this forum is super. I will post pics after i get the car.

I had fun modifying my truck, can't wait to start on the C5

There are some 2010's that don't have the GM badge of excellence or "chicklet". They stopped around the 40k mark of VINS. Also the newer SS models will not have the "GM Performance Division" badge under the hood because that division was dissolved with the re-org. But I'd say your's is a 2011. Not a pre-2011.
