The South is gonna have the advantage this time.

DISCLAMER:

This post was meant to be a joke and nothing more. Any attempt to insinuate that it is inflamitory will result in a falcon punch.

I did. Sen. Philip Baruth introduced a bill that would reintroduce the federal ban, and limit magazines to 5 rounds. Does it have a chance? Probably about as much as banning BBQ here in Texas.

I don't think so either. I'm just so confused about it. They're like the 2nd or 3rd lowest crime rate state in the entire country, AND they have non permit CCW. That's pretty much a 180 to say 5-rnd limit. And what do you do with a revolver? Plug a cylinder?

Anything above 10 rounds is going to be tough right now. Just be patient, and I'm sure they'll be all over the place in a few months.

I don't know of any federal law, but yeah, if you go to Illinois, NYC, anyplace in Kalifornia, you'd be screwed, that and lack of total reciprocity with legal CC states. More trouble than it's worth.

I'm surprised DOT never comments about the... uhh.... tools... I DO carry

Just for comparison, that's a .223 round on the right. Go big or go home.
