Terri,
I thought all you had left was to weld the cutouts in?

I think you MAY beat Bruce.. he keeps finding other things to do to his and delay the finish. I'm starting to think He just likes building them - that or he likes to torture us.

Yep. Since last Monday. I called Friday at day's end and they said they had started welding the cutouts but didn't finish. They're hoping for Monday.

They've had my car for 8 1/2 weeks (I dropped it off on March 3). I added a few things too, but this is getting a little... patience... patience...

They are a bit short handed because some of their guys are in Russia teaching the Russians to put Prochargers on Mustangs.

Ok, sorry for the thread jack speedster.

Awesome that you have a new Miller Welder. I am sure your Camaro will not lack for reinforcements where needed.

LOL

Where would the put the "hauled" parts in the SST?
they would DENT the fenders from the inside out.. if in the trunk.

Hell.. a McD's lunch in the SST when it's blasting off would get smeared all over the place...
the Big mac won't withstand 3+ G's on a launch...

BTW.. which will get launched first..
the SST or the Space shuttle?

SST stand for SS Turbo right?

Every time I see it in this thread I think SuperSonic Transport. For some reasons that one makes more sense to me.

Get it complete and running already. I want to see videos of

Close - SST = Super Stealth Turbo. Stealth was the theme of the build.

That chute port makes a good hitch mount

So much for that sticker that reads: "max 50mph" LOL

You guys are sick, sick, sick... but it's pretty funny.

Yeah, I bet the parachute mount could double as a Class III hitch. Just pull the 'ol 28' race trailer with the Camaro and have all the spare parts in the trailer when it breaks every suspension piece on it. Is there any flawed logic here or what ?

BTW, I don't think all of the factory parts taken off would fit in that UHaul...

I agree... you gonna buy a Body in White to put the parts on?

you just about have a whole stock Camaro in parts.
