It is a newer concave forging, but the actual wheel design is very similar to their model "Tach" with the traditional flatter forging profile. Keep in mind that a 2010 Camaro will not get nearly the deep lip shown on the marketing image, it will probably have no lip at all when used with a concave forging style.

Here is the "Tach", it can be ordered with no hardware exposed in a 2-piece fitment (20x8.5 and 20x10, or 22x8.5 and 22x10)

You can't. Lip depth is dictated by vehicle offset requirements and brake caliper clearance. Camaro has a high positive offset and huge calipers, so the only way to get deep lips is to have the "deep" part behind the spokes. Some brands can get up to a 5" total lip on a 22" sized wheel, but the spokes are still only about 3" from the actual lip edge.

I really like this wheel. But I want a wider lip. Nothing too crazy. I just like the old muscle car stance.
Using this wheel, in a front 9" X 20" and a rear 10.5" X 20" what is the max lip width? (yet not letting the wheel and tire stick out past the fender wheel openings)

On a concave wheel like the Torque, I'd bet the lip would only be an inch or so front and rear. You need to go with a deep lip style wheel to get some lip depth. These get very expensive and very heavy due to the additional material required to support the loads with that much concavity and such. Something like these can be built with about 4" lips due to the bolting flange being pushed so far back.
