Exclamation Pace Car Logo - Keep it or Strip it

I originally planned to take the Logo off, but after driving the car almost 2 months I kind of like them. Either way I'm getting a replacement set to tuck away...

What do you all think? Take em off or leave em on...?

If you hate them go ahead and flame... I want your honest opinions... Until the Z-28 comes out this will be a daily driver...

Help me get off the fence...

I'd say keep 'em. Otherwise you're just another Camaro running around with Mustang stripes

But seriously, even if you removed them and had a set in storage, if you ever wanted to put them back on, are you sure you could get them located correctly on the doors?

If she's your daily driver I'd strip the logo, if she's your show car then keep it. Either way though, I would definetly keep the badge on.

I'd personally like just having the badge on the side if I'm driving it pretty often.

If she's a garage queen, I'd leave them on.

You bought a special limited edition model, specifically the INDY 500 PACE CAR. Can you imagine what the value would be if you had a first year, 1967 Camaro Pace Car with ORIGINAL paint and logos?

Keep it!!!

You paid more for that car because of the decals. If you remove them, it will look like any other IOM Camaro. I'd leave it alone.

Point well taken... Why mess with it if I don't have to...

Thanks,,, that makes a lot of sense, I'd rather not explain what it is...

Now we are getting somewhere... That 50/50 split earlier had me worried... Tks...

True... I could have just kept my favorite color and been like every other CGM in the neighborhood...

Except yours of course...

I say take them off. You will always have the badges under Camaro on the fenders and the stitching on the seats to identify it as a pace car. IMO the big decals on the doors a bit too much for a daily driver

I think you should keep them. It's the Pace Car replica. It's special...without them, it'll become an Orange Camaro with "custom" stripes.

Well, I'm right. And I'm right about being right.

So there.

You said you have an extra set? Why not take them off to see what it'd look like. If you liked it better...put 'em back on..................On the other hand, you say they've grown on you when you had originally planned to take them off. You could wait another few months to see if it doesn't grow on you more.

...It might...

He's right about being right. You already know what it looks like without them on the side; look at every Camaro out there that isn't a Pace Car which is almost all of them.

Taking them off would be like debadging a Bugatti, or a Ferrari, or an Aston Martin... the logos are part of the look; it's a special edition pace car; it's SUPPOSED to look like that!
