Ordering so dealer is clear on details - help

I am trying to set details for ordering when the convertible ahead of when it comes available (ie deposit now and order in Nov?) and need help to avoid potential problems, see my list and advise if you think I should add anything - please dont bash the post...
Camaro order list of requirements:

Camaro Convertible
IOM Inferno Orange Metalic
Top color black or orange
Interior IOM Inferno Orange Metalic
Automatic transmission
Fully loaded with all options available
Speciality items to be agreed upon, ie rims and tires
Ground effects to be color match painted and installed by dealer
Gloss black stripes to be painted on by dealer to match original concept convertible
All documentation including order forms, window sticker and transmittals to be saved in pristine condition and stored in the vehicle in a safe container
Dealer fully agrees upon delivery he will not prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer or remove any delivery protective materials until it is fully inspected by the customer including a hoist inspection
The dealer agrees to fill the fuel tank with no less than 94 octane gasoline and provide the payment receipt with vehicle documentation
Dealer agrees to provide 8”x10” glossy photo of buyer and seller accepting the vehicle
Dealer agrees that any warranty claims will be promptly addressed with the use of another camaro 2011 or newer for free during the repair period and that such repairs will be agreed upon in terms of method and application, any dispute of such warranty items will be resolved by the local GM ombudsman who will attend the dispute within 5 business days

Let me know what should be added

uh, can they safely permit you to observe a hoist inspection? For their safety regulations..you may have to drop that

"Dealer agrees to provide 8”x10” glossy photo of buyer and seller accepting the vehicle."
That's awesome.

Did you remember V6/V8, 2LT/2SS, RS?

Unless the dealership is really good at doing stripes, I'd look elsewhere

Dealer fully agrees upon delivery he will not prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer or remove any delivery protective materials until it is fully inspected by the customer including a hoist inspection - So they should not remove and inspect for hidden carrier damage on arrival to the dealership? We sign off on our cars from the trucking company - if it isn't mentioned on paper before he leaves, it no longer is a transportation claim. Requesting to leave this on might waive your claim to any route damage on the car.

+1

It looks like you are a technical guy that reads/writes too many specification documents. It will be interesting to see how the dealer views this list.

Camaro order list of requirements:

Camaro Convertible ok
IOM Inferno Orange Metalic ok
Top color black or orange ok if available
Interior IOM Inferno Orange Metalic ok
Automatic transmission ok
Fully loaded with all options available ok
Speciality items to be agreed upon, ie rims and tires ok
Ground effects to be color match painted and installed by dealer ok but not for free
Gloss black stripes to be painted on by dealer to match original concept convertible ok but not for free
All documentation including order forms, window sticker and transmittals to be saved in pristine condition and stored in the vehicle in a safe container ok but they can only provide them in as good of condition as they arrive in. Pristine is a bit overboard.
Dealer fully agrees upon delivery he will not prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer or remove any delivery protective materials until it is fully inspected by the customer including a hoist inspection not gonna happen
The dealer agrees to fill the fuel tank with no less than 94 octane gasoline and provide the payment receipt with vehicle documentation 91 or better is fair
Dealer agrees to provide 8”x10” glossy photo of buyer and seller accepting the vehicle ridiculous
Dealer agrees that any warranty claims will be promptly addressed with the use of another camaro 2011 or newer for free during the repair period and that such repairs will be agreed upon in terms of method and application, any dispute of such warranty items will be resolved by the local GM ombudsman who will attend the dispute within 5 business days not gonna happen- they don't even HAVE to provide you with courtesy transportation- although most will for stays exceeding 24 hours only

Let me know what should be added
They could pay your mortgage for 6 months.

His requirements include a mandatory 8 x 10 glossy, and I'm ridiculous for telling him to remember 6 vs 8, cloth vs. leather, and the RS package? I don't get that.

Edit: Unless that was sarcasm, in which case that's pretty funny.

Dealer agreed to pretty much everything including a rental if my car was in over night but might not be a camaro.
They were really great with providing the photo too!
I dropped the GFX because too much chance of damage. So it was a go on Nov 18. Just have to wait for delivery now.

All the best to all Camaro members.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with what an "artist rider" is for concerts and shows but that list looked and awful lot like one lol. A "rider" is just a list of demands recording artists/dj/comedians what have you provide to a promotion company or venue prior to agreeing to a show date. i.e only green m&m's and white couches backstage. I wouldnt be suprised if the dealer was just agreeing to get your business and then passed it around the dealership for chuckles after you left.
