ehh was thinking about getting a ZL1 but after experiencing the thread life on these tires its kind of a waste of $$ .. i only put 11k miles on these pirellis with no burnouts or anything and 1 of the rear tires is almost finished

You have something wrong if you have a rear tire with no tread at 11K and no burnouts. I'd get the alignment checked. I'm at 15k+ w/ a few burnouts and have tons of tread left.

I have over 16k on mine with multiple burnouts and plenty of drag runs. Still have plenty of tread life on them.

My rear alignment was toed in WAY out of spec when I got it. Sears auto will check for free.

Sears is owned by Kmart now. Has been for about 3 years. I got a set of new tires there and they ended up having to refinish all my rims on my fairly new auto at the time! Tire mechanic trashed my rims on the balance machine, knocked them with the air gun... and the story goes on! Not again!
