taking door incerts on and off

im thinking about doing something to my door incerts and need to take them off but i thought someone told me they were plastic welded so once you get them off can and how would you go about getting them back on?

i did a search but didnt see anything

To remove them, you'll either need dremel or some other cut-off tool or just a good sharp razor blade. I cut the tops of the plastic rivets off using a utility knife and just a razor blade where I couldn't get the knife into. Took a bit of time because I didn't really feel like slicing my fingers open and bleeding all over my door panels.

To put them back on, you'll need 8mm long screws with some sort of flat washer like head on them.
