Hey Kevin,

Talked to you about this yesterday. Sorry nobody got back to you about this on the 8/29, as it was Sunday and nobody was in our offices. Our apologies for the mix up. Happy to be able to get that taken care of for you.

Thanks,
Matt

Sorry Blue Demon, missed that completely.

I had never heard of this problem, so I went to check the wiring harness on my car. I let it run for a while with the hazards on this morning and felt the area around it, as well as the wiring harness, and there didn't seem to be any increase in heat beyond what would be expected from the bulbs flashing there. If someone is getting a heat increase, there may be something wrong with their system or with their install, and if they purchased it through us should contact us about that, or the manufacturer directly. As far as I can tell though, this is an isolated event, as we've sold dozens of these wiring harnesses and haven't ever had a customer call us back with that complaint or ask to return them because of that. Hopefully, like I said, that's an isolated incident, and no one else is having an issue like this.

Thanks,
Matt

Just installed mine! There was a shipping mishap but so far, I'm completely satisfied with the product. My fingers hurt quite a bit from pulling out those damn black clamp things though! The socket was also very difficult to put back in.

Great video, thanks! Yeah, we had a small mix-up with a shipping batch of these, my apologies with that. Glad we were able to get you the right thing and you're happy with the product, it looks great on your Camaro.

We do ship to Canada, yes, but international shipping fees do apply. If you want to figure out the cost, please just go through the first portion of the checkout process and that will show you the shipping costs to Canada. We ship almost everything UPS, and that tends to keep crossing borders from being too ridiculous ever, so check it out!

Thanks,
Matt

Will the sequential turn signals continue to work if I go with LED bulbs in the taillights. After changing the front turn signal bulbs I had to add resistors to stop the rapid flash and bulb out message in the DIC.

You can use them, but some people have found that they've had to add load resistors to lights to get the harness to function properly. It depends, really, on how much power the LEDs draw. Because their power draws are a lot less than standard bulbs, they can sometimes not be sensed, and that's where a power load will come in to play. A simple load, 25W or so, can be purchased at any hardware or electronics store and will solve the problem if you're getting one. Just be cautious when mounting loads, as they tend to get really hot because of the power they're absorbing.

Thanks,
Matt

Received mine very quickly and installed today. Super easy mod. The hardest part of the install was getting the bulb secured back in the lens. GM didn't leave much hand room there. I really don't see a reason for you to include the zip ties just to mark the ground wire. Might save you a couple of pennies to remove them from the kits.

The zip-tie's definitely not necessary, but it can certainly come in handy, so we're happy to spend the couple extra pennies for that little piece of mind. Glad everything got installed quickly and easily for you. Yeah, the hand room back there leaves a little to be desired, glad you were able to finagle it in.

Thanks,
Matt

Question, with this mod. I have AAC's afterburner halos, and they act as my running lights. With this harness will they sequentially flash or am I SOL?
