The zip-tie's definitely not necessary, but it can certainly come in handy, so we're happy to spend the couple extra pennies for that little piece of mind. Glad everything got installed quickly and easily for you. Yeah, the hand room back there leaves a little to be desired, glad you were able to finagle it in.

Thanks,

Question, with this mod. I have AAC's afterburner halos, and they act as my running lights. With this harness will they sequentially flash or am I SOL?

ha, so this is a '1 beer' install rating. I'd hate to hear of one that would involve a case

Got mine the other day. Install is beyond easy. Literally did it in 15 minutes in the parking lot of my job when I was heading home. The look is awesome, exactly what I wanted! It did mess up one of my bulbs, but as it said on the instructions, replace it with some long life sylvanias for 5 bucks and it's fixed.

Glad it worked out well for you! Yeah, I wish it wouldn't sometimes cause a bulb to die, but, the fix is cheap enough--and long-life to boot--that it's almost a blessing in disguise. Definitely a super easy install, and thank you for your order!

Thanks,
Matt

Ever since that post, I've begun using the # of beers per installation rating system myself. Most exhaust systems are a 3 beer install, brakes are a 6 beer install and probably best done with a friend, an intake is 1-2 beers install time, etc. I think it's a very efficient method! Especially with these, which are the quintessential 1 beer install item.

*EDIT* Also, I try to remind people that my beers/per rating is based upon the use of a lift. Without a lift, numbers can, in some instances, increase. These are 1 beer regardless, though.

Thanks,
Matt

Thightness

I installed mine last week end and it's an easy installed. But the wires between the socket (within the red protector) and the light socket is just a little too short so you need small hands to plug the light to the car or be patient. I wish they would review the product and add about 1 or 2 inches of wires too ease up the installation.

Once the connection is into the car socket it's very hard to disconnect you need to get into the red plastic protector with a small screw driver to pop the connection out. I broke one and I managed to fix it...but I will need to get a replacement soon.

This is a positive comment otherwise I like the product very much, quality is OK and it's great on the car.

Well, we appreciate the orders! Trust me, working here, I have the same problem. Any time a cool new product comes in I sit and reason with myself about why I need to buy it.
My boss should just start keeping portions of my paycheck, I guess.

Thanks,
Matt
