Every 4th reminds me of when we were in England and we had a 4th of July party with some of out Brit friends. One of them asked why we celebrated the 4th and I responded: We celebrate cause we kicked your butts....

It humbles me to think that the fireworks that I am getting to watch tonight is a representation of a fire fight, "Bombs bursting in air" and all. I remember that there are Men and Women, far from home, protecting us from those who would do us harm. There may be a Soldier right now getting the real deal fireworks, the kind that make widows and orphans... God bless them, God protect them, God help them return home safely.

Happy Birthday USA!!!!!! Truly we live in the greatest Land there is. On the back of our Currency reads "In God We Trust" and on the front we have Memorials to Patriots that we freely choose to honor, not a picture of a King or Dictator.

With that money we have the FREEDOM to by whatever we want, including a Camaro.

We can drive that Camaro from one State to the next without be stopped and asked to show permission to be going from place to place.

This freedom comes with a price. That price has been, is being, and will be paid in the future with time, sweet, tears, and sometimes blood by the Men and Women of our Standing Military and Guardsmen who diligently guard that freedom for all.

Thank you for all that you do and sacrifice to preserve that freedom. :flag1:

God bless America and Happy Independence Day to all :flag2:
