Tampa Gulf Coast Camaros Web site Need Feedback

OK everyone let me start off with I am not a web developer. I took a stab at it. I have spent most of this weekend building a server to host the site and getting it on the internet. I put together some pages I think we could use to keep things organized instead of digging through threads to figure out what we are doing. I also added some pages for pics of us at shows and meets. I also created a page that will feature pics of your car with you or you and your family if you want. Everything on the site is subject to change as the club sees fit. If anyone has any pictures they would like to see added to the site please send them to me.

So send me your feedback and I will try to implement any changes I can figure out how to do. Also anyone in the group with web experience is welcome to contact me to assist in maintaining the site.

From the home page, when you click on the "Forum", maybe make that a hyperlink to camaro5.com instead of bringing up another page with the camaro5.com link. Or, change the name of "Forum" to "links" that way you can add other links. Great start for sure though.

Thanks for the feedback. I like the idea of making it links instead I will work on changing the one button to say that.

We need Justin to chime in, that's what he's taking in school. Myself I use to do html using notepad many moons a go. Things have changed so much since then with Java and Flash I'm totally lost. Guess I should have kept up with it all, all I remember how to do is networking ...

How do you guys want this to look i have some ideas but i dont want it to be how to say to "artsy" for a car club.I was thinking of trying to make it all one page no breaking up from side bar of links to top banner and main content page. From the way it is now its what is known as a three frame site.

http://www.myspace.com/justindesigns is a myspace i made years ago to promote layout work for people but it shows some of the work i have done to show how unique i can be i guess lol

flash intros are a bad idea. Dont mean to be a na sayer but 5 years of this you learn somethings. Why put one more thing in the way of people getting to our info. Plus more load time more work.
