G'day fellow CA Camaro fans.

I just signed up yesterday, so hopefully you'll have room for me to hang around a bit...in time I hope to contribute more than simply lurk around. Might have to plan on attending one of the SoCal meets eventually. It would be a pleasure meeting some of you folks. Secondly, there are plenty of questions that would be more easily resolved in seeing the other cars in person. As much as forums have to offer informationally, it is still a two-dimensional aspect.

Also introducing: my favorite ride. OH YES! IOM 2SS w/ RS package. This baby has been nothing but

s and

since day one, and also the source of many sleepless and haunting nights. You know the horror I bespeak of during those first few days: thinking about even the smallest of dust particles dastardly settling themselves upon that sleek bod just to stand apart from that gorgeous paint, checking in on it periodically to make sure everything's okay, etc.

Oh well...it's a car...a beautiful car, but still a car. It gets driven...and it accumulates character.

I am looking to get it on the dyno in a week or two to get some numbers.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone! I'll have to post some updated pics later. So far the only things changed are blacked-out bowties & rear SS emblem (CF vinyl, actually) and high-temp spray enameled mufflers blending perfectly with the rear valence...self-instruction & confidence courtesy of the C5 forums.
