shout out to route 66 muffler
Hey guys I just wanted to give a shout out to route 66 muffler on central, they were a great help and cut and welded in my straight pipe for my exhaust. Not only did they do an amazing job, the guys were nice and I might even choose for them to install the whole exhaust for me later.
Jim, who I believe to be the owner shows confidence in the work that is done. I believe tony is the one who did my work and it came our awesome just as well as when it came in. I am not sure who else does exhaust work on here but I would recommend route 66 for any of your needs. |

Uh, they told us they use a torch to cut the mufflers out, and not a sawzall. Wound up at a place at the bottom of the hill approaching Rio Rancho, they used a sawzall and made some very clean cuts, welding in the straight pipe, removing the giant gas tank size mufflers, and charged me $120. Route 66 quoted me $300 but that also included their tips. Wound up just re-using the stock tips.
