Hey jpsuperman81, my order is still an 1100. Does Viz keep checking the number or do I wait a couple weeks and give him the number again? Thanks.

He will check it everyday if you like but you do have to make a request whenever you want it checked. He doesn't keep numbers and update them.

Thanks jpsuperman81. I oredered my "baby" on 5-29 and the dealer said it would take 2 to 3 months so just getting a little excited if you know what I mean!!!

hi there i called GM Customer support today and the CS rep made it clear to me that i am at 1107... and not 1100... said that GM has accepted the order... but no build week... but i thought that happens at 2000... she said at 2000 id be able to get a build week... but GM has acknowledged and accepted the order and its sitting at 1107.... i havent seen this code before... some help would be nice guys

Everything you metioned that the CS person mentioned is false. It's been proven many times customer service is useless, just have your order tracked on here anytime you like and you can follow each step. 1100 means order is entered, 2000 picked up meaning there is an allocation for you, and build date comes shortly after hitting 3000 status. Stay clear of the customer service no need to use them.

Could u check mine OICU812 Just kiding givin u some shit! My dealer said he has 5 ordered and he got 5 allocations on monday but wasnt sure if they were accepted by gm yet. I checked and I was still at 1100. Is there a certain day of the week the accept orders? thanks JP

This may be a dumb question, but I am new to learning all these codes. If you are at 1100 status and were given your order code does that mean your dealer had allocation for your order, or is that simply like a pending code until allocation at your dealer opens up?

Just a preliminary code 1100 means order enter into workbench. Once allocation is achieved you will automatically go to 2000. Typically orders go in on Thursdays I believe.
