Hey Guys, im starting a thread on my progress of my baby. I have a CGM 1LT RS that i picked up a year ago. Ive been slowly modding it and now due to a deployment to Iraq, i managed to do one massive upgrade on my car.
I want to thank Pete from Showstopper (and his infinite patience) for working on my car and getting it back to me while i was on vacation back stateside.

Here is what i had done so far.
G5CR 2010 Camaro Cold Air Intake
MPD1 hood- thanks Eric, the hood worked out wonderfully.
Racing stripes in ZR1 Blue
Brembo brakes upgrades (calipers painted in ZR1 Blue)
R1 concepts drill slotted rotors
Front bow tie painted in ZR1 blue
MRT V2 exhaust
LED side mirrors by showstopper (the most commented mod on my car)
VBIED emblem in same GM CAMARO font

Thanks all. Yeah, i got my Bronze Star in Iraq. I always look forward to doing the simple things like speeding in my Camaro every time i come home.

Showstopper did an outstanding job on these. The cool thing is that the blue looks different in different lighting. i tried to capture that with the pictures.

T2 Ports are finally available for sale!!!!! Yeaaaahhh!

so next on the list is my T2 Ports and Afterburner rear lights like TonyNo made. I cant wait till im home to see this!!!!

Latest set of mods for my 1LT:

T2 scoops from ACS.
AACs fog lights. AAC fogs are so powerful they overpower the headlights if both are on.
Racing stripes continued to the rear trunk.
Installation of the retractable license plate (keep getting tickets for no front plate)

Pete at Showstopper has incredible talent on installing everything and making the car look awesome.

Sorry for the long delay.
Here is where we ended up putting the license plate. i went with the side of the car closest where our city sticker is so cops cant miss it.

I never thought about doing my stripes like that. I assuming your not on a military base anymore? Only saying that because in our anti terrorism class they teach us not to put on military stuff like a National Guard or Veteran Plate or Bronze Star (got mine in Afghanistan also so congrats) on our vehicles. Heck, I can't even put a small Ranger Tab on my car cause they freak out at Fort Knox over that stuff. So either you are out or at a place that doesn't have as tight security as we do. Either way, your stripes are sick...great job.
