well was running mine for close to a month(1000 miles) with no reported problems, Hoping to get a few other people to chime in. Can't see it being possible that both O2 sensors go bad at the same time. However who knows

Got mine delivered and it's in my garage waiting for mid March for the installation. Steve does really take care of his customer and he seems to work 20 hours a day to make sure everything goes fine. I like que quality of the set up End tips are about half an inch thick before the bezel. I've seen and heard the kit on other Cam5 last season and they sound great. Spring time, please come on fast, pleaseeeeeeee.

I've been getting the P2099 as well as the cat inefficiency code on both banks. I was CEL free for about 10,000 miles. Since the first CEL, the frequency kept increasing. Now I am at 18,000 on these and get the codes about every 60-70 miles.

Is there something I can check?

Yes, it sounds like you have a leak...you should re-tighten everything and also make sure your 02 sensor is not bad.

The leak would most likely be at the flange where the mid-pipe bolts to the stock manifold, correct?

What size bolts does that use? I think I am going to go ahead and get some new bolts.

The bolts are 3/8 x 2.50 long

Can I read this in reverse? I mean if I have a leak I would probably be getting a code?

If you had a bad enough leak, you would get a code...even small leaks can cause a code depending on how close it is to the 02 sensor.

Couple questions for you Steve & co.
1. Have you heard any dealer reactions? (warranty etc.)
2. Is this 1 cat and 1 resonator per side? What is on the stock?
3. How can I find the rez-cat for the V6 on the new website? I can't find it in the exhaust kit section.

1. We have had no dealer reactions because the product does not throw a CEL. They have not made an issue

2. Yes, it is one per side...I believe the stock is the same, but it is a 700 cell converter, which is very restrictive.

3. We are still getting some of the new product on the site...you can still order by calling me direct at 516-655-9002.

It says direct bolt on, do these res-cats bolt on or is there a need to be welded?
