I dropped my engine cover off to get painted and stuff I can't WAIT for it to be done!!!! I figure a week or two. The shop is super busy and I have weekends off so that is the only time I can get down there to get it etc.

thanks for the pics! i think i'm gonna pass on these. i don't like how you can still see the shape of the original around the led lights. not really sure how to get around that other than doing some fab work on the fenders etc. i really dig them at night, but just not during the day. i really want some like the concept, but that part just takes away from it for me. they don't look bad, just not what i'm after.

Triple B I was thinking the same thing! I would love to have a straight line of lights only too It would require some modification to the fascia's for sure. I plan to have my front fascia replaced, it would be cool to find a shop that could infill that spot with some plastic panel filler material etc. and smooth it out the CNC machine out a slot for some thin straight lights. I've been thinking of how to do this. I will certain post up if I figure out a nice way to do it.

I actually bought that car, picked it up on 1/11/2011. Had to drive it home in an inch of snow. I love it so far.

Thanks, I love the car so far. I'm kind of shocked by how much they cost to modify. I'm coming from the world of 4th gen f-bodies where everything is cheap, reminds me of the "corvette tax"

Yea, but it is soooo gratifying and fun, he he he. It will keep you entertained on here looking things up for hours and then there is the fun of actually installing all of the stuff you spent hours researching. It is quite addictive. Hell, ask any of us, right?

Also, do not go just go by what a website says. Usually you can call them and get a better deal.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

That's cool man. I used to drive a Camry SE. It was a 2007. Traded it in on my Camaro they're nice cars though. I wouldn't mind having one again. There are definitely worse cars out there.

Last six of the vin are 171009, so that means #71009 correct?
