i too ordered grey interior...i also LOVE the 2 tone look and always wanted a car with 2tone interior...also i think the lighter grey will look good with the abm...plus my wheels are gonna be chrome and black with tints with silver stripes or something painted on so the whole car will be abm...black...silver/chrome/grey

and yea venom those blue door panels look sick...also i been waiting to see the grey interior contrasted with abm...thx for summin that up for me

yo i had a dream last night i got my camaro...first one...i was driving it around and loving it...the dream occured after i hit the snooze button at 5:30am...and i think its the dream that made me sleep through the alarm when it went off again...finally got up at 730 when i have to be at work at 630...yea i was late today and they ended up just sending me home :(

*ahem* It's not just the headrests that are black. It's also the outer pieces of leather/leatherette. The only things that are the same are the center grey pieces.

Alright I finally found a Aqua Blue Metallic Canyon at a local dealer and this is what the color looked like. In real life the color does look a little greenish to me. Does this look more accurate than some of the other pictures I am seeing in this thread that look like they are a lighter blue?

Well as a ABM owner, the color leans more toward a richer darker blue in the shade. In the sun there is no green hue and it gives off a medium to lighter blue but not that light. The color is very rich, and not light as you would think. Ant saw my car and he can back me up. I know another fella here is going to possibly meet up to see my car.

All I can say is this color is not being ordered as much because the pictures you see really don't give you the best idea. The color is always changing and all the color changes it gives off are excellent. This is going to be the car everyone wished they ordered. Again, it's all personal preference. I was able to see a Inferno Orange the other day on a SS. I was not impressed. The SIM was nice and I really liked the Victory Red.

Just wanted to say, Tomorrow (or today thurs) I will be ordering a 2SS ABM, 6spd,rs,sunroof, with orange interior.

Also im 24, and insurance on this cat is $890 for 6 months, thats cheap!!!!!

I agree with Brian 100%...It does look different on the Camaro vs and HHR or a Canyon. I was an Inferno Orange guy until I saw the ABM on a Camaro at the Philly auto show..When the Camaro web site opened last year with the concept photos of the colors I HATED this color...I agree also that this will be a rare color on the Camaro and many owners will wish they ordered this one for sure..the metal flakes in this paint are awsome up close. You won't regret it

The car just glitters in the sun, and it looks good even in the shade. Heck even when it is raining it looks good, ask Ant. lol.

I think folks are concerned that it will be too light, but it is not, it is a very rich blue.

first off i wanna say welcome to the site and welcome to the blue crew...another thing is i dont think you can get the orange interior with abm...im pretty sure u cant unless they changed it...

and guys my dealer got their abm v6 in for a dealer that worked there but recently left...im going to check it out today and i will take my camera and take pics...the weather is sucking right now so you see abm on a cloudy/raining day...it wont be raining then but the ground and car will prolly still be wet...post them lata

Yes you can get the orange interior, when the dealer selects a item that is not a normal combo for the car, all they do is double click and a warning pops up says something like "are you sure?" I was watching my salesman and sure enough, a smiley face appeared in the box where there was a red X, he looked at me and said I will have to sign a paper stating that I wanted the orange interior.

Im just not sure about the color combo..

ahh i see...its not a reccomended combo but it can be bypassed...imo i wouldnt do the blue and orange...thats just me...all the other interior would look good...black, grey and beige....i got grey myself

the orange interior is pretty sick tho...just not with a blue car...and another thing, my only gripe with the orange interior is the acryllic orange door panels...they look too gawdy for me...but the ambient lighting on the door panel in orange is pretty hot

So today I am going to be expecting that I will get an email saying my Workbench update shows built, a VIN, and expected delivery. I do get an email from my salesman...... says "call me" ! I'm thinking something's up, watch my Baby Blue get bayed for QC.....I make the call. Sean asks if I am sitting down, "Yep I am !" SO he goes on to say "Your car is getting on or is on a truck today for delivery !" WoW ! I am in London Canada and Oshawa is only 2-1/2 hours away.......is it possible! He goes on to tell me the company shipping has one holdover so tomorrow or Monday I could see it arrive. That's cool cause it is almost earlier then my expectations ! Best thing I could do is go down to the dealership and get the paperwork out of the way....off I go........ I meet and greet, many handshakes cause it is possible that my Camaro SS is wiht the first V8 arrivals in London and my dealership is the first with an SS !! I finished my business and back to work I go ..... pulling onto the street and Sean waves me back, asks me to pull across the road into their lot. I do, he gets in, he points.... he is pointing to a car carrier, a car carrier loaded with Chevys......WOW! .... loaded with 3 Camaros none the less and one of them is Aqua Blue Metallic ! Yep, an ABM SS beauty ready to off load ! It couldn't have been better, I am there with camera phone in hand and the experience of a lifetime !! Watched it unload, was the first to sit in it, first to turn her over and rev her up !! Awesome Awesome Awesome.... I felt like a kid !! So all I need is the bank nod, the plates, the PDI, and she's mine for hand off...... likely tomorrow !! ...... What a day !!
