Here's a video you guys may find interesting. Hot Rod wanted to bring the world record of consecutive number of cars doing a burn out at once to the US from Australia. Not sure how may it was in Australia, and I believe it was 74 here. This was done a the ZMax Dragstip, in Charlette, during the Power Tour. Dave, Jim and myself were in the grandstands.

No, it sure isn't. I found a YouTube channel for them. They have instructional video, and videos of people driving in it. Very cool!

69 in Australia, there were differing counts of how many officially in Charlotte, but it was either 73 or 74. We were down low in the stands. One of the rat rods had a fire going under their tire after the burnout. The staff from Z-Max had to ask the cars exiting to cease and desist from further burnouts, lol One of the cars had big chunks of rubber on their hood..........

Haven't seen a simulator at Andretti before, no. I've only been once though.

Does anyone have a car wash (hand wash) place that they recommend highly? Living in an apartment complex, it is a pain to wash my car without just taking it somewhere. I do not want to take the ZL1 through a automatic wash, so really want to know if anyone has a place on the NE side of town (preferably OTP) that they recommend.

Atlanta Auto Spa in Doraville will do it for you, about $99 for complete detail, and they are the Adams distributor here. Talk to Rob or David at 770-447-8003. It's really hard to find a car wash with bays that is decent. There's one in Dacula that I use sometimes and one in Lawrenceville at Grayson Highway and Gwinnett Drive in the Kroger shopping center. Most of those places don't like you to hand wash, just use the wand, but I usually just do it anyway. There used to be a car wash on Buford Hwy just east of Pleasant Hill that had bays, don't know if it's still there or decent. Oh yeah, there's one on Old Norcross that's just east of Boggs and Bethesda/Atkinson Road that's pretty decent.

Ugh, so she's gonna be dirty :( I've been super busy yesterday and today doing work around the house for my parents (painting the roof, sanding, replacing wood etc etc) and didn't really get to wash up.

Got the bugs off but she won't be spotless. Oh well! Can't wait to see everyone. I'll have beer+ ice in two coolers for everyone, be there around 4:30ish
