Gretchen is going the Meth route to get 9-10 PSI's now with numbers in the 500+ RWHP. With the pump I will be at about 450 RWHP at 5 PSI's. I'll be happy with that! I'm not going to get the Turbo's if I can't hook up. That may push things back to beginning of next year! We will see.
So let me ask this question. A question that has been brought up many, many times.

With the money you are going to spend on the turbo set up.....why not trade in your 6...trade up to a SS and you still might have a little money left over for a cam?

Do you just want to be able to say that you have a Turbo V6? Or a sleeper?

Either way it'll be badass.

Diane, I dont know if you have been to Monteluce Vineryards before, but it is a very nice place and you guys will find it very interesting if you take the tour. And the homes there are built like Italian Villa's. Looks like it will be a great weekend to do that. I will ask Brooke and see if she would be interested in doing it and let you know.

I have been to the Braselton Bash a couple of times, but not when Chip Foose is there. Its a great show and I'm sure there will be a big turn out on that day. Just might make it out!! I would think Scott, Joe and Les will be there. That is the usual crew that goes!

Ahh the State Fair.

We go out there every year to the fairgrounds for our world championship horse show.

Best fair ever.............

Also, just a reminder about the ACFA cruise Saturday
Meet at IHOP in Cumming at 8:45 AM for breakfast, or 10AM departure to Dahlonega
Cruise up 400 to Dahlonega and Smith House lunch about 11:30
Cruise just north of Dahlonega to Monteluce Vineyards for wine tasting
Depart at 2:30 for mountain driving up Hwy 60 and 180 to Vogel State Park area
Drive to Blairsville for dinner at Fatz at around 6:00PM

At this point looks like only Ken and I will be doing Tail of The Dragon
Post up or PM me if you're interested in this on Sunday afternoon.

ACFA cruise today was great. Beautiful day, good food at Smith House, nice stroll around town, Monteluce was beautiful, wine was good, I think we got some good pics, 8 5th gens, I think. Best part? Drive up the winding roads of Hwy 60 and Hwy 180. Vogel state park was nice too. I'm ready for more tomorrow.

Glad you're having a great time!

Hate that I can't do more stuff with you all!

Hopefully we have an event the first weekend before thanksgiving.

So ACFA had a great trip Saturday to Dahlonega, Monteluce Winery, and through the twistie turns to Vogel State Park. Had 6 5th gens and 5 older f-bodies, plus GTsmoke at breakfast in Cumming. I'll post up a panoramic of our cars overlooking the vineyard.

Today Ken and I had fun cruising from Robbinsville to Tellico Plains, TN via the Cherohala Skyway then south to Blue Ridge and back home. Beautiful day and beautiful scenery........Y'all missed some good times!

When is that?

Also... Les I found an ABM Hotwheel camaro.

Next time I see you i'll give it to you for that $20 bill.

I took a picture to show you...but man that color just doesn't photograph right.

Edit: Holy cow... I just peeked inside and I never knew the detail of a hotwheel.... in front of the shifter there is the shape of the four pods for the four pack gauges.

I'm impressed.

Question for those with LT's. How do you plan on getting around the emission testing?

I would like to get LT's but don't know about the inspection when it comes time.

It's all in the tune... I dont know all the technical jargon but emissions are not an issue.. You can even go catless and pass emissions. So I've been told..

Yea but its my understanding it is the visual inspection that is going to catch ya. When the look under and see there are no cats or they are moved. Of course I may be wrong in my understanding.

This is the main reason I have not gotten any yet. It would suck having to change out the headers and tune every year on my birthday. Might have to find a 'friendly' inspection spot.

Get highflow cats! The rear O2 sensors will be tuned out! No CEL will help! But that comes with the tune!
