I just received my drl harness with switch control. I have reviewed all of your online installation instructions for the harness but I am unclear about one connection. The harness includes a relay that has a metal mounting plate. The installation instructions do not mention this relay or how/where to attach it. Is this a ground relay? In other words, is it important that this plate be attached directly to bare metal?
