Hey Spaceballone, how's it going bud? I was in on the first wave of scanner light purchases, and I finally got it into the car....I know, it took me a while huh? Anyway, I'm having a big issue, like it won’t work properly. I’ve triple checked all the connections and the light does light up, but it is stuck in one pattern and it is unresponsive to the remote. The remote lights up but no change to the light pattern. I have written 2 emails to the general support address at knightlight and I even added Dan Potter's email address, but no response. I was wondering since you had first hand interaction with the guys during creation, if you might have any insight to a solution that might help me. I really want to get this thing working. Thanks for your time.
