I notice you posted in the Hypermiling thread that you have an UltraGauge. I finally got mine and installed it.

Does yours stay plugged in all the time and, if so, does it shut off automatically when you turn the car off?

If it turns off automatically, do you happen to know what setting number (2, 0, 1, 3) you are using for the auto shut-off detect setting?

Mine doesn't seem to want to shut off automatically unless I have it on setting 3. Unfortunately, this means I have to have the car running for it to turn on too.
