Before I could give you a quote I would need to get a couple of things clear...1) I couldn't tell clearly from your post are your rims chrome? If not what kind of finish do they have? 2) You want the inside black with the lip painted a different color? 3) You only have 3 rims, or all 4?

What do you're prices range at? Cause i had some guy on craigslist show me what he does but seemed very sketchy on location of his shop and charge was 300$ for all 3 rims, I would love to know more about coating cause if its within price range and good quality i might have a daily place to go to for cosmetic upgrades
