it is fully sealed box. they told me that having a ported box is useless in a trunk because the ported airflow is just trapped in the trunk. think of it like talking with your hand over yyour mouth. only to port is to cut a hole into the rear deck and port the airflow through that. then GO ported for sure. but that is large money and involves cutting up the car.
