Thanks! Yes, we had them painted. We had the cloth SS trim pieces and didn't like them so we bought another cloth set from another member. Then stripped off the cloth and adhesive and had our painter paint them. The stripes were painted on but could be vinyl if needed. They did come out nice but they were not cheap
