They are vinyl. A friend of mine owns a graphic shop in Arizona. I think he may eventually sell the layouts for them and then you would just need someone to install them. they came out excellent and a lot of people actually think they are painted on, he did an excellent job on it. I will get a hold of him and find out the status on if he is going to sell them.
