Do you have 4" tips, and whats the difference between V6 and the SS quad defuser?

I have a 2011 SS, wanting to go with quad tip exhaust, having a problem finding a rear defuser that will accept the tips. Seen s1k0 has a quad set up on his, if anyone can help please post info.
