Yea, I didn't make it down there until Saturday morning. But let me tell ya, it was a BLAST!!! It was the Buick, Olds, Pontiac weekend, they have their own street but all makes and models were welcome and were there!
They Totally took over downtown, they had it barricaded off from the public vehicles, there is no charge to get in and the people working the thing were awesome.. It was my first time and they made the experience great..
It was by far the best " Local" car show I've been to. I live about 3 1/2 hours away but the drive there was nice.. Hardly any traffic, no construction. Got a hotel on the strip..
At 7pm, after the show n shine everyone gets in a huge line, circles through the downtown then head to the strip via police escort all the way to the strip, the strip has lights for U-Turns which i personally have never seen

Everyone just cruises back and forth down it, turn around and do it again...
The people of the town are all the way down the road on both sides parked in the grass and on the hills, sitting in lawn chairs.. Looks like a parade..
..To sum it up... It was awesome, Im going back multiple times this year..
..Edit..Thought of more!... Oh yea, once it got dark out the cops really came out, when people started getting a little crazy on road they would write tickets left and right.. Fair warning.. Most people cruise a few times and all meet up in the parking lots, I seen the Central Indiana Camaro Club there too..
I parked in the back of my hotel parking lot and was the only camaro there, when i woke up there were 4 parked with me.. pretty cool.
