Saturday, July 18th - Hooters, Grapevine
Saturday, August 8th - Twin Peaks, Addison
Saturday, August 15th - Bone Daddy's, Grapevine
Saturday, September 12th - TBD
Saturday, October 10th - TBD
Saturday, November 14th - TBD
Saturday, December 12th - TBD

I know where Lake Grapevine is, but where is the Trawick Pavillion: Will you post some directions as we get closer to the meet date? BTW what time is the meeting? I wonder because I will have a hockey game that night (just not sure what time it starts either). Thanks.

Hit up google maps and search for Trawick Pavillion. It's best if you hit the satellite button as well, so you can see the better view.

As for time, maybe noonish? That way we can grill some hot dogs, burgers, etc. I'll make sure to call Parks and Rec to ensure that a group hasn't rented the pavillion. I'll also get the cost, so we can ask if Classic would pay for the reservation fees in the future. It would be cool if they agreed to sponsor 3 or 4 times a year for renting the Pavillion. That would make it much easier.

Times work for me, would just leave around 9:30 or so from here on the days I actually plan on attending. Definitely won't make the June one, but the July one is a possibility.

Time and location will work for me, assuming I am in town not tied up for any given one... would be good to determine a decent number to be attendance, before scheduling anything. That way, any costs are distributed and when/if Classic decides to help out we can guarantee a certain number of cars participating... thus giving them more of an incentive. Just a thought.

I agree with Number 9. However, we have to start somewhere. Even having our April meet, which only included me, lafountain, and Phillip, put a good step forward. The more we have meets, post pics, tell stories of good times at the meets, etc., the more people will make the time to attend.

TXInfernoSS, there is a beach volleyball court right next to the pavillion, and I'm sure someone will bring a football, etc. I'll ask that everyone start adding supplies next to their name on the 13th meet later this week, and I'll call on Friday to verify nobody has reserved the pavillion. If so, we'll go with one of the other planned locations.

I vote that the Sept 12 meet take place at Jones Stadium west parking lot in Lubbock! I know you're game, DFWSS!!! We can watch Tech slaughter Rice! How ironic!

Schedule looks good. It would be great if we could make this next meet one of the largest meets from the Camaro5 forum ever....anyone who knows of someone who owns a Camaro from any generation should tell them about this,encourage them to sign up to the forum as well....alot of good people on this forum I have had the privelage of meeting so the more peeps we can get we can expand this thing out. I am excited this thing is growing since that day in April with what I call "The Original 3"...DFWSS,LAFOUNTAIN,and myself.

Did the date for the July get together change? I was pretty sure it was set for the 11th and now I see it set for the 18th.
