I expect you are probably right. That is why I thought it better not to try to do lunch before going in. We can eat on our own once inside or leave & get something fast & come back. Then after we can do supper together those that want to & cruise after.

Ruby, that is part of the reason for me getting a hotel room. I figured all of you veterans of this show, would probably do something after!!!

I have talked to the officialsof the cruise and there suggestion is to group up at one location and then come in at one time if we want to park together. My suggestion is we meet at The Center at light 15 and then cruise in together on back rd to center of town. There are only 2 Lights and we can easily stay grouped up. We would need to leave The Center at 12:30 to insure entrance at Show and shine gate. All cruises should be in town by 12:00 from all cities.

Kycamaross, you should be of the first group to arrive. your best bet is to break away from your cruise and proceed to US 27 and turn left. Your hotel is at light # 7 on thr right. We are meeting at the Center at light #15 on the left. any questions you can pm me. Be at the Center by 12:15 or sooner if possible.

Okay crew time is short. I tried to post the list on here of confirmations & folks who said at some point they were going but have neither confirmed nor said they are not going, but it was too many characters & I could not get it low enough to work. So I e-mailed it. If you are someone who checks here but not your e-mail, check it. I am going to try to send an e-mail out to just those going with my ph#'s so you can call me with any last minute things or questions.

For all who made it to the Somernite Cruise this weekend it nice seeing you. I think despite the heat we all had a great time again and saw a lot of cool cars. Thanks for posting the cool pictures Ruby. I noticed you cropped out my car. HA HA JUST KIDDING!!!!

Wooooooo Hooooooooooo! We had a blast. Yeah, it was hot, way too hot. But we managed to have fun anyway. It was a true group effort! Way to go team! I just love when a great plan comes together. Special thanks to Mellow Yello, GMteSSted, jeffswhitess and everyone else who pitched in to make this event a great success.
