Ok.. I'm still getting info on hotels . Unless you guys want to try and book at the Host hotel ??
My buddy up there is still looking into others .

Anyone find any hotels at a good price yet ? Maybe we should just book at the Host Hotel till we find something cheaper . At least we would have a place and it's a Nice hotel .

that sounds good to me.

been looking for the last 3 hours online and making calls. your not going to find anything right on woodard ave. either there priced to high or no room available.
there is some at the 14th mile. hampton inn, econo lodge,etc about 3 miles off woodard. we need to find something . rooms are going fast.

My friend Mike that lives up there sent me a power point file of all the areas where the cruises , BBOMG , Parks with the vendors etc take place. if you'd like to see all this if let me know.
He also said that even tho the Host hotel was higher in rate you'd probably have better security and the cars would be safer than at a lower discount hotel thats off the main cruise area.
Just something to keep in mind with all the people and cars that will be attending that weekend.

So.. if we stay that the host hotel. What day would we all like to leave??
