I don't know if anyone else has seen these yet so I figured I would post them up here for us.

They are new, not on the market yet, but have gotten some pretty good reviews from the folks that went to their official release.

Heard there were a few reviews out already.
I'm waiting for Terry Fair's (Vorschlag) review.

Terry's review is out and you should be able to find it somewhere in the blogs at Vorshlag.com if the link below doesn't work.

It's only 10mm wider than what's all around on the 1LE and it's still 10mm narrower than ZL1 rear tires, so it's certainly not a case of 295 being too wide for the car's weight. The problem with going wider than 295 if you stick with the Rivals is going to be finding wheels of adequate width in the right offset. The 315/30 needs at least 10.5" with 11 or 11.5 being better, and the 335/30 needs another inch beyond each of those.
FWIW, the 295/35 is still barely over 26" tall, and those 30-profile sizes are slightly shorter than that. That may or may not be enough shorter than OE to let the tires stick out past the sheetmetal without rubbing there. There will be ground clearance and ground clearance vs lowering considerations to be satisfied.

good info Mr Peterson thank you. I am on the hunt for some custom offsets in a 18 inch wheel to get me truly square. I figured it would be easier to get the wheel pinned down if I picked the tire first.

Well, looks like the 315's won't be available till after 5/31 so it will be the Michelin SS's for me this year.
My first event at RA is 5/4,5 so I need a tire by then.
