Was yellow your first choice? Since we were buying this car for our daughter it was really up to her what color she got. After driving a black one with orange stripes for just a test drive and looking at other colors on the local lot, she asked me what color I would get. I said "YELLOW ..... no doubt". But she had never seen a yellow one.

As we were leaving that dealership I called another one about 20 miles away and they said they had a Transformer in the showroom. Once she saw it she was hooked. No turning back. We decided the MIZZOU license plates were just made for a yellow car too.

We made the chioce after my oldest boy ( the biggest transformer fan) showed us a photo shop of the T/A, we where hooked. Then watched the movie, parted with some cash and waited, and waited, and waited. picked Bumble Bee up and have had a blast ever since ... We are a PROUND few that own such a car ... :-)

Originally, I had driven a SIM one, was wanting a black one. Couldn't get the price right on the SIM, no one had a black one in stock. One day I took my truck in for service, PacMan was sitting in the grass, and just spoke to me. Told the salesman to run some numbers, price came in way under budget, they kept the truck, I brought home PacMan.

It was just meant to be, lol!

They dealer said they don't make black for LS version. Bumer

Since the transformer movie came out I wanted this car so bad. It's the only color for a 2010 camaro.

My first car was a blue 68 Camaro ... After that, I always wanted a yellow Camaro with black racing stripes. When I first saw the retro concept look at the auto show, the fever started. Then when I saw the very first glipse of it in the Transformers movie, I paused it and decied that very moment I "would" have to have the Camaro fantasy of my youth. The rest as they say is history!

I picked yellow because back in the 80's a buddy of mine and I rebuilt a first year gen2 rustbucket. We painted it what was called then Corvette Yellow. Everyone new it was Kevins car and it was us cruising around.

It stands out and I thinks looks great. Also am finding out living in south with alot of trees my car does not look that dirty with all the yellow pollen on it!!

I picked yellow because my last 2 camaros where black, the 85 was orange and the 78 was pearl metalic red. Also my wife agreed on it as well. Yellow just looks soooo hot on these cars.

I picked yellow b/c my son is a huge transformer fan and of course bumblebee is his fav. Unfortunately I couldn't afford transformer edition but I did get yellow with white stripes. I have to say my son is 4 yrs old, so I think I'm a kick ass mom lol

I was supposed to test drive a blue one but that one got bought from under me and the wife asked well what about the yellow one there it had all I wanted so the rest was history.

The movie did it for me. Enough said

When I saw Transformers I turned to my husband and said "I want that car, but in any other color". I have always hated yellow cars. But when we went to the dealership to test drive all they had was a yellow LT with black stripes. When I walked out of the building onto the lot and saw that baby shining in the sun, I was hooked. If only it had been an SS I could have saved myself a lot of agonized waiting!!!!

Impulse. I had no plans to purchase a Camaro - until I saw it in the showroom. I gave the dealer 20 minutes to prep the car and hand me the keys...it actually took 25 minutes. I traded my wife's G35 in (without her knowing what I was up to - I told her I'm going out to get an oil change, came home with the car). That's why I gave them 20 minutes to do it.

After the deal, they told me I set the record there.

i would have never thought of buying a yellow car until Transformers...

I wanted Synergy Green... until I found out it wasn't available on the SS, so I decided to buy bumblebee and I have not regretted it since!
