2012 2LT RS, Auto, No Stripes, No MODs

I got the NEW 2014 Bright Yellow for my 2SS LS3 with sunroof and short throw shifter. I've been yanking (even HURST) shifters out of floorboards since the late 60s. Ran automatics when bracket racing ruined the sport of drag racing, but hey, it's all fun. The Yelo Maro had 1400 miles on the clock when I took it to Anthony at LG Motorsports. Anthony installed/tuned LGM 1 7/8" super pro headers, 3" cats, 3" exhaust, and my own 2.5" inlet GHL no-drone mufflers to complete the package. Anthony USUALLY does CAI installs with the full exhaust and it's standard for him to get a 40 RWHP increase. He was about 2/10s of a HP shy of a 40 RWHP gain with the STOCK AIRBOX (409+ RWHP). Got a Halltech Yellow Jacket on the way with a ported TB to boot. Those mods should get me to 425-430 RWHP.

Then it's time to save for the JRE HD diff with posi mod, 3.91 gears, 1000 HP axles, and a one piece driveshaft should let me have fun for awhile. I've made about 250-300 passes rowing gears, so I should be able to keep the stock clutch happy for some time. I know I'll need a good clutch at some point...cause I wanna run DRs and let the good times roll.

My yellow is a 2015 Bright Yellow 1LT convertible with custom polka dot spears, strut bar and bowties. Mechanical mods are for next year.
