3M makes two types of film. One is metallic based. It is much thicker and easier for the tinter to work with. It can cause interference with electronics such as
GPS, cell phones, 3 G networks, radios, etc. The 3M colormatch is a non metallic film. A little more expensive material and a whole lot harder for an installer to work with. The look is simular but the metallic is a bit on the charcoal side of black. The color match is a little deeper color. On your other question. The dealer invoice has a expected date of arrival. If it says June 8th that means that is when it should be at the dealer. They are running a few days behind schedule last I heard. Check status code and see if it is at 4200 if it is you are home free.

No it's any year. last year I was interested in what kind of disc brakes people put on their vehicles. I was amazed at how many guys focused on the horse power but weren't concerned about stopping. They have a paved lot but alot of the parking is in a grass field.
I called gm and asked if my car was shipped yet. They said it is going through qc right now/ she also said it's in transit. Only thing my dealer told me was that it was in transit from the factory june 8th. So what the hell june 8th it's just leaving or it's arriving to the dealer????

The width of material to do entire front in one piece did not arrive. Next Sat Morning should be in. But the window tint went on and is great. You think this means it will arrive from the dealer on the 8th or will just be leaving on the 8th? I'm trying to talk myself into the positive and it will be here by the 8th....oh well. I'm still trying like crazy to get my mustang read for this weekends Good Guy's car show up in Loveland at the Ranch. You should try and make it up there if you like cars. Thousands of them. Your good for at least 5 hrs of looking. I'll be in the used car corral if I get it done. Only minor things left to do. Nothing that would make or break a deal.
