Are you going to do it on a weekend? Saturday - Sunday?

I have always felt the 10am to 11am hours was really good to start a meet. It allows those travelling to get some rest the night before. If food is involved, lunch during the meet is always good. If meeting at a non food location, them 1pm is a good start time. This allows for travel and lunch for those coming from distances.
Also, do not over think it. Some can't show on Saturdays (like me who will be working most Saturdays), and some can't show on Sundays. Your turnout will be those who are dedicated and involved in the meets, and new people trying to get involved and meet people with same interest. Give plenty of time, and have a back up date for weather.

    Hopefully this helps.

Not 100% sure if I want to get in a driving event. If I sign up now am I commited. I know you probably don't know the price of each driving event as of yet but can you give a round about quess how much each event will cost. And what is the fee for the Camaro fest by itself if you don't plan on entering any of the driving events. Again, sorry for all the questions. I know you must be very busy. This is my first time going and I want to be prepared. Thanks

All of my hotel reservations are done. Do we have to pre-register for the event itself or only if we want to enter a driving event? Thanks for all your help, and sorry for so many questions.

I have to send an email letter to apply. I can't lie I have been dragging my feet on getting this done. I'm gonna sit down tomorrow and draw something up. I'm not sure if my pre-register with through for the camaro5 fest. How do I tell if I'm pre-registered?

Thanks again edog. Just made the reservations for the holiday inn in Ohio. Can you add Whitenite to the list, we are good to go.

Thanks edog. I have me and my cousin (Whitenite) reservations made at the wyndam today. I will be making the Holiday Inn reservation today also. One more question, do we need reservations for three days or fours?
