Thanks man I really appreciate it! I combed this site & the rest of the web for different stripe ideas, and I still like your design the best. I didn't get the template, but I actually gave my painter that copy of Super Chevy you were in to use as a guide. Here's the guy I used, was $1,450 total

I had him blue out the bow ties & SS badges to match the blue stripe, keeping the chrome trim. I also had him sand off the CHEVROLET off the engine cover fake valve covers and paint the silver sections the same blue. I'm ordering 2 old school Chevrolet scripts from a 1955 Bel Air to put onto the engine cover, like the old style embosses valve covers. Should look good, I'll post more pics when that's done. I almost went the same IOM that you did, but I think because you have the IOM interior that makes a big difference. Since I have black leather I thought the blue went better with the CGM, especially considering the blue interior lighting accents.
