What's up YellowFin. Trying to get some of us together this saturday in Yorktown if your interested in meeting some of the guys in the group. Know this is short notice, SSinBlack and I wanted to get together again and this saturday works. We had a blast going to Waldorf MD 2 weeks ago and wanted to do something closer to our neck of the woods. Understand if you can't make it but hope you can. Denny Hamlin won the rained out yesterday, and raced today,...LOL... Pocono 500...it was VERY EMOTIONAL...his grandmother (mother's mom) had just died 2 days ago, and Denny did NOT want to race at all, and then, to have to stay in PA an extra day...he was "crying his eyes out" in Victory Lane, and had me crying right along with him....my Dad just died last Sept....

It was a pretty good race...Jimmie Johnson ROCKS...he was having engine troubles for a good part of the day, and at one point was 3 laps down, in 36th place, BUT finished 13th............he and Chad are geniuses.............


My fav driver, Jeff Gordon finished 8th and regained 2nd place in points and Tony Stewart, who had to go to a backup car after crashing his primary car in practice Saturday, had to start last (just like in the June race that he won), and Tony finished 9th, and gained more points ahead of Jeff to keep 1st place..........

That's my race review for today...LOL...

Way to go, Jimmie Johnson at the Brickyard yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!...
