I got the cup holder on eBay from http://www.hitechcc.com/support.html in New York. Mine is brushed. He also does them in chrome and polished. He advertises them on eBay but you can buy them for LESS than Buy-It-Now prices. I think I paid $50 shipped.

The LED lights came from http://www.oznium.com/prewired-surface-mount-led. Really bright and worth the time and effort.
