Looking at starting the club sometime after the holidays. I am a manager at a local dealership in avondale, AZ. We can use our facilities for meetings to get started. So far we have interest of about five people. Not sure what your background is, but there is alot to starting a Chevy recoqnized car club. A collective effort from the expertise of the members could be utilized for members. You have to determine dues, elect members to the club, (ie: secretary, treasurer etc.) I believe that if put together correctly it could be alot of fun. Let me know your thoughts.
